Gail is a Ph.D. Immunologist who devoted much of her life to the research and development of medical diagnostics as well as breeding and training horses. She is recorded in "Who's Who of American Women" as well as "American Men and Women of Science". Gail, as owner and director of Los Alamos Dressage Center, is also recorded in "National Registry of Who's Who".
As a breeder of Swedish warmblood horses, Gail has bred numerous champions of the prestigious Dressage At Devon show, including two Champion stallions and several winning Breeder's Groups. She is also the breeder of an International Jumper Futurity Champion which is now a Grand Prix jumper. Gail earned her United States Dressage Federation Bronze, Silver and Gold Medals solely on horses she trained herself from the beginning basics through Grand Prix dressage. Quitting the world of science in 1982 to devote her full time to breeding and training horses as well as teaching students, Gail has schooled and shown 3 horses to Grand Prix and has several more on the way. She has not only continued to train horses through the Grand Prix level and earn many USDF Horse of the Year Awards through the FEI levels, but has also coached her students to earn their Bronze and Silver Medals, too, with some of them now working on their USDF Gold Medals.
