Bob has an intense love for and interest in horses that began when he was given one as a young man. He has worked in the past on ranches in Wyoming, Arizona and Oregon, caring for cattle, horses and dudes, anything to keep him on and around horses. Several years were spent as a full-time farrier. He now teaches high school science and computer *stuff* in southwestern Pennsylvania when he is not working horses.

Bob says he is fortunate to have learned horsemanship and cattle handling from the ancestors of the vaqueros who rode for the Rancho Santa Margarita and the Mission de San Juan Capistrano. His work with horses has now expanded into the study and training of horses and their human handlers.
